Café Bar has reported increasing interest from caterers in its Professional XL hot beverage system.
The company's Scanomat Professional XL offers 12 drink selections including cappuccino, espresso, caffe latte, hot chocolate and hot water, at a rate of 400 cups an hour.
As well as serving individual cup sizes, the machine can dispense jugs and flasks of hot drinks at a rate of four every 10 seconds, especially useful for table service and outside catering.
The XL houses six ingredients canisters on a footprint measuring 800 x 560 and all ingredients are available from the company. These include Café Bar’s own label plus brands such as Nescafe, Kenco and Cadbury’s chocolate. Fairtrade ingredients are also offered.
Café Bar provides full staff training on the Professional XL system and technical back up is available nationwide by the company’s team of mobile service engineers.
